Man, fleet week in San Francisco is so much cooler than fleet week here.

But apparently, they love to hang out on the Frisbee golf course in Anchorage, AK.

Paul and I had a great trip hanging out with Tim, Jana Silas, the moose and assorted friends (of Tim & Jana not the moose) last month. It was days before they moved back to the midwest for Tim to take a new teaching job and we were thrilled they were willing to have house guests in those final days. We ate our way through every favorite restaurants and hiked as many favorite hills as the weather allowed. It’s a stunning place to visit and I encourage anyone to make the trek at least once in your lifetime. These gallery photos will tip you over the edge I am sure. You just won’t have our great tour guides to lead the way.
